Making a shirt is quite simple…you think it and we will try our best to make it (within the bounds of our technical abilities). The best way to start is through our customization page as it gives you an idea of what products we have and offers a great visual of what you want.

COSTS - Quotes can be generated by making a layout on our customization page. Currently, each adult T-shirt cost HK$220 which includes a 5cm x 30cm material for slogan. Kids and Baby Tees start at HK$170 and include a 5cm x 15cm slogan. Should you require more material for your artwork, we sell strips of 5cm x 30cm at HK$39 each. Artwork fee is at HK$150 (which is required when you want to tailor make your T-shirt).

UDESIGN is not limited in language or font types. If you have something you want to do in a different language, we can also produce it for you! Just pop us an email at info@udesignshop.com with your slogan idea and the language you want it in and we’ll try our best to produce a mock-up of your shirt. Just follow our steps: -

If you don’t find a graphic within our existing library and you wish to insert your own graphic, please note we’ll need your file either in EPS or Illustrator format. Our shop only works with VECTOR files. A vector graphic is made out of mathematical curves rather than pixels. A JPEG is an example of a graphic made out of pixels. Keeping files in VECTOR will ensure your layout come out exactly the way you want it. If we have to check your graphic, photos or icons and require time to amend items to fit our requirements, an artwork service fee will be added to your bill.

Now if you still do not understand the difference between VECTOR & BITMAP and only know JPEG then you'll need to contact our designers to assist you and will probably have to pay an artwork fee. For your info, we only accept JPEG files with resolutions of 600 pixels.

We currently cannot do multiple colors and use ‘iron-on’ material to make your slogan and graphic shirts. In regards to artwork design, we cannot produce letters or images smaller than 2.5cm in height or width.

Designs can be submitted to us by emailing info@udesignshop.com with any inquiries you may have. You can also submit your designs by creating your T’s through our customization page. A follow-up email will be sent to you once we’ve received your request(s).

You can also ‘print screen’ your material when using our customization page and bring it into our shop for completion.

UDESIGN reserves the right to reject any order it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for production (which includes material created as unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
